I think the broad consensus is we need to find the hairstylists in charge of Marvel Phase 2 and have some serious words with them.

You know, they finally got Scarlett’s hair looking perfect in The Avengers after the hot mess it was in Iron Man 2.  And now this.  I have no words.

Maybe with LoKi’s new hair people will remember what a monster he is. :D

I love Hiddles but I’m not on the “poor Loki” train. :)  I’ve always remembered that he was a Monster.

At least he has an excuse for his hair.  :)

This is kind of a parade of terrible hair.  That said, I do wish more people would realize how completely terrible a person Loki is.  He is entertaining and sympathetic but I believe that he is pretty unambiguously the villain of the piece.  It is okay to like him, to find him attractive.  It is not okay to ignore the terrible things he’s done (in so much as he has done anything since he is, of course, fictional).

Today is Friday…so here is one more amazing scene from one of my favorite movies of all time dedicated to the sweet and wonderful Mr. Greg Rucka.

Although His Girl Friday runs just 92 minutes, the shooting script was 191 pages long, with enough dialogue for a much longer film. The shorter running time resulted from director Howard Hawks’ use of overlapping dialogue throughout.

Where the average rate of human speech is 100-150 words per minute, the dialogue in His Girl Friday has been timed at 240 words per minute.
